Brief Description The structure and morphology patterns of coated hydrophilic (sodium salicylate) and hydrophobic (triamcinolone acetonide) was confirmed by using small angle x-ray scattering (SAXS) obtained within a 15 minute interval.
This method is used for studying liquid crystalline structure in self assembled lipid systems, which is very sensitive to modification of both dimension and identify of phase structure(s).
