The application of principal component analysis (PCA) to examine ToF-SIMS measurements of highly ordered pyrolytic graphite

Dataset, Last Updated 2014-02-18 13:29:34 , Visibility External RIFCS Published (0012)

Properties

Brief Description Surface modifications were investigated using samples of radio-frequency methane and hydrogen plasma treated highly ordered pyrolytic graphite (HOPG).
The surface-sensitive analytical method, time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) collected measurements on each sample, and the multivariate method
of principal component analysis (PCA) was used to distinguish the extent of the surface modifications.
